It has been a busy DIY paint month for me.

Check this out. The attached group of images reveal my latest art creations. The 'chicken wire' frame is the first one that I have ever done. It was a real challenge to scrape out the putty and free the glass from the old window frame. Equally difficult was using a staple gun to add the chicken wire. I was truly lucky to find this old window frame at a garage sale! It took two different types of varnish to antique the hutch glass doors - see the painting of horses done in acrylic paint. Nearly 20 hours of work for this cool vintage metal cabinet restoration. I assure you that it does look better with the cute cats painted over the original damaged white paint.
